当地时间4月8日18时左右，日本首相岸田文雄在就俄乌局势举行的记者发布会上表示，日本决定对俄罗斯追加制裁措施。
其中包括，在确保日本能源安全的前提下，阶段性地削减和停止从俄罗斯进口煤炭；禁止对俄罗斯的新投资项目；追加对俄金融制裁措施以及对更多与俄罗斯军方相关的个人和团体进行资产冻结。
